Half- Day (4 hours) $500 per party

$150/hr per party if exceed 4 hours

Full- Day (8 hours) $600 per party

$150/hr per party if exceed 8 hours

Arbitration

Half- Day (4 hours) $600 per party

$150/hr per party if exceed 4 hours

Full- Day (8 hours) $700 per party

$150/hr per party if exceed 8 hours

Cancellation Policy

A $400 cancellation fee ($200 per party) will be charged for mediations canceled within fourteen (14) days of the scheduled date. Mediation fees, once paid and scheduled, are otherwise non-refundable. If the mediation is rescheduled and conducted, any amount paid over the $400 cancellation fee will be applied toward the rescheduled session. We will make every reasonable effort to accommodate you, your client, and your schedule.
